(a) All items featured are Pre-Order items. Items will arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks after BP thread ends and orders submitted to the supplier.
(b) Cancellation, exchange or refund will not be allowed once the following conditions are fulfilled: (1) payment has been made and (2) item has been duly received. However, full refund will be made for Out of Stock items or Failure to meet minimum quantity set by supplier for some items.
(c) Strictly NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER policy. Orders placed without effecting payment will automatically be disqualified at the end of the BP.
(d) STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY if the DVDs can to be played through any means i.e. DVD players, Blu-Ray players, PC/Laptop DVD-Rom etc as this means that the DVDs are in working conditions. All DVDs are Region/Code 0 (with the exception of Baby Babble and Laugh and Learn about Childbirth, Breastfeeding and Newborn Baby Care which runs on Region/Code 1) hence it is compatible with any players inSingapore
